How to play

Select a villager → Build ▸ → pick Mine / Farm / Lumber Mill. A harvesting radius ring shows while you aim; right-click to drop it near a forest / stone / gold / arable deposit.
Right-click villagers onto the extractor (or the resource) to work it. They physically haul loads back and forth; when a deposit is used up they auto-move to the next one within range, then idle when the area is exhausted.
Your City Center trains villagers (needs population room — build Houses) and is where you research tech.
Build a Barracks to train Infantry / Archers / Horsemen (costs gold, food, and hires a villager — only male villagers can fight). Build a Ram to smash gates & buildings.
Counter your enemy — units form a triangle: Infantry beat Horsemen, Horsemen beat Archers, Archers beat Infantry. No single unit wins; scout and mix your army. Rams are for sieging buildings, not fighting units.
Win by destroying an enemy's City Center and all their units. City centers are tough (bring rams or a real army). Last civilization standing wins.
Defend with Palisades (cheap, wood), Walls (stone, twice as sturdy) and Gates. Build Towers — they shoot enemies within 10 tiles (enemies can target and raze them). Research Boatbuilding to cross water.
🐉 Every ~10 minutes a dragon circles part of the map for 30 seconds, breathing fire that destroys anything under it — yours and your enemies' alike. It can't be fought: watch the minimap and get your units out from under it.
Select unit(s) → Delete to disband for a 50% refund (e.g. a wall piece to fit a gate). Buildings have a Delete button too.
Arm Wall/Gate then drag right-click to lay a straight line; a builder auto-chains along it.
Send workers between buildings by right-clicking another extractor; right-click your City Center to send a worker home (idle). Select soldiers → Make Villager → right-click your City Center to convert them back.
Build a Dock on the coast (next to water) to fish for food.
Build a Market to trade resources: select it, pick a resource to give and one to receive, and swap at 80% value (e.g. 5 gold → 4 wood). Great for covering a shortage.
🍞 Feed your people! Every unit eats 1 food per minute. If your food hits 0 your whole population starves — units lose health down to 1 HP, then start dying (20% each per minute). Watch the ⚠ STARVING warning and keep food flowing.
Forage berry bushes (red bushes): right-click a villager onto one to gather food. Bushes deplete — hunt and expand as they run out.
Hunt wildlife for food: right-click a villager (or use Gather) onto a deer 🦌 (harmless, flees) or wolf 🐺 to kill it. It drops a carcass the hunter hauls, load by load, to your nearest City Center or Farm.
⚠️ Wolves attack villagers & soldiers that wander more than 20 tiles from any building you've built. Keep workers near home or escort scouts — a wolf pack will maul a lone villager.
Choose Scarce / Balanced / Abundant resources when you restart a map (below) to set how hard you must compete for land.

Save & load (checkpoints)

Saves the whole game (all players) to a file on disk. Load one below to resume — great for surviving crashes or continuing later.

AI opponents

Adds a computer player at a random spot (press multiple times). Easy = peaceful, only defends its base. Medium = defends, but turns hostile and counter-attacks if you attack it. Hard = builds for war and hunts every player to exterminate them.

Game

size × resources tiles (restarts for everyone)

Leaving keeps your civilization in the game so you (or someone else) can take it over later. Ending the game kicks every player and deletes it.
